What is the billing cycle for GoDial subscriptions?
GoDial offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. The billing cycle for monthly subscriptions is 30 days, and for yearly subscriptions, it's 365 days.
Can I add new users in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes, you can add new users at any time. However, the subscription price for these new users will be prorated based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle.
What happens if I add users to a yearly subscription?
For yearly subscriptions, you can only add users for a full year, not on a monthly basis.
Do I get a refund if I use fewer user accounts than I subscribed to?
No, GoDial does not offer refunds or adjustments for using fewer accounts than your prepaid plan allows. For example, if you purchase a yearly subscription for 10 users and delete 2 users after a month, you will not receive a refund for the unused accounts.
What additional costs are there besides the subscription fee?
The subscription fee does not include storage, WhatsApp credits, or voice broadcast credits. These are separate charges.
